Bobbie L. Chandler- Owner
Bobbie Chandler is married to Reuben and they have 3 beautiful children; two girls, Jordan and Cody, and one boy, Bubba. They enjoy most outdoor activities including baseball, softball, basketball, kickball, hunting, fishing, and riding four wheelers.
Bobbie graduated from Etowah High School in Woodstock, GA. She has also lived in Florida and spent 3 years in the Cayman Islands.
Mrs. Chandler graduated from West Georgia College (now the University of West Georgia) in December 1995 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. She earned her Certified Public Accountant certificate in December of 1997 and worked for two more years, for a total of 4 years, in public accounting in Atlanta and Buford, Georgia while living in Hall County, Georgia. Bobbie began construction management full time in 1999 with the opening of Jordan Hunter, LLC in 2000. She built homes in both Gwinnett and Hall County until 2005. Bobbie and her family moved to her husband's hometown of Eatonton, GA in 2006 and opened JCB Development, LLC in August 2008.
Marc Dennis - Project Manager
Marc Dennis has been married to Denietra for 14 years and has 2 girls Abby and Malea ages 9 and 14. He enjoys woodworking and building in his free time as well as on the job. He has lived, worked and attended church in the Eatonton, GA all his life.
Marc has had hands-on experience in the building industry for the last 13 years as well as 5 years of experience with the managerial aspects of his trade. He has been employed by JCB for the last 2 years.
JD Holder - Project Manager
JD Holder is a native of Eatonton, GA and has lived and worked here all his life. He is currently engaged and has a 3 year old son. He enjoys hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. He has 5 years of experience as a heavy equipment operator and 2 years of carpentry experience.
